How do I know my ring size?

You can download this helpful ring sizing app to get your correct sizing.

Do you have a lead time for jewellery orders?

    Unless otherwise communicated, all lead times on order is 1-3 working days for fulfilment (this excludes the shipping times).

    How long will it take to receive my order?

      All online orders are processed from Mondays to Fridays. This excludes weekends as well as public holidays. Once your order has been fulfilled (1-3 working days) the courier should deliver within 2-4 working days (unless express shipping has been paid for).

      How do I track the progress of my parcel?

        A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order is complete, packaged and has been collected by the courier. This will allow you to track the progress of your parcel as it makes its way to you.

        If you are unable to locate this dispatch email, please reach out to us on lizelle@qudosa.com with your order number and we will be able to assist you further.

        Do you ship to anywhere in South Africa?

        Yes, we do! We deliver nationwide using The Courier Guy/Internet Express courier services via the Bobgo Portal. 

        We have a flat shipping fee of R85 on all orders under R1000. Free shipping is applied to all orders over R1000.

        What payment methods are accepted?

        We use Yoco as our online payment portal.

        Do you offer payment plans?

        Not currently.

        Where is your jewellery made?

        All Qudo jewellery is proudly manufactured in Germany.

        What metals are your jewellery pieces available in?

        Our jewellery is available in Stainless Steel, featuring European crystals.


        Do you offer Gift Cards?

        Yes, we offer digital gift cards. Simply select the amount that you would like to gift your loved one, go to checkout and your Gift Card will be mailed straight to you. 

        How do I redeem my Gift Card?

        Simply enter the code provided on your Gift Card at checkout and the value will be automatically deducted from your order.

        Do Gift Cards expire?

        No, they do not have an expiration date.

        Can I add more than one discount codes simultaneously at checkout?

        No, unfortunately only one discount code may be used for each purchase.


        What happens if I would like to return the item purchased?

        As much as we would love for you to always be happy with your Qudo piece, we do understand that sometimes the piece might just not be as you had envisioned. If this is the case, please feel free to bring this to our attention within 2 weeks of receiving your item, along with your proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange it for store credit.
        Please note that this would equate to the purchase price of the product and does not include delivery costs.
